I was told by a few people to either drill a hole through the center of the headbolt almost to the top and out the side or grind a groove through the threads. I was not getting any oil to the rockers and now I do, I might have something put togather wrong on this motor and might have to look into the oil passage but grinding a groove through the threads worked in getting oil to the rockers.
