The guy's name is Carlton Bate and he's in the Portsmouth phone book. He's open on weekends and it's strictly a u-pick and u-find-it place, so wear your grubby clothes, bring your tools and a sharp eye, because a lot of items are already pulled from vehicles, but are not accumulated in any particular order.
