I can't view your pictures at work due to the firewall. And, it's been to many years to remember the details about the carb. I do recall it had some electrics hooked up, one was for a throttle shut off to stop detonation after you turned off the engine, that would be simple with a wire to the ignition. Can't recall if the choke was electric, probably was, but you should be able to rig up a cable. For a test you don't need the choke connected if you have someone to run it manually.
