It is tuned well, does not miss and has plenty of power. That was the first thing that I did. I also checked the cylinder balance with a tach.
I don't believe that they balanced the crank. It was supposedly balanced from the factory. This motor had a minor vibration before the rebuild but now is unacceptable.
The guy left an oil plug out after he had installed the motor and dropped the tranny/clutch et to get to it rather than pull the motor again.
I do know that the harmonic balancer is different as are the pulleys. I am going to call him again today. Boy do I hope that it isn't the crankshaft........ :•(
