since it was rebuilt I assume the spark plugs and everything are fine and the wires are all connected right? if the wires are crossed, the truck will shake really bad. Check to see if the engine misses. Or, it could be the wrong harmonic balancer, or when they re-built it, they either didnt balance the crankshaft, or they did it poorly. You said the shop made a mistake and you had to take the tranny off? what kind of mistake?
