When I bought it had a chevy 261 motor instead of the 248 GMC engine. The rear engine support, which has the rear engine mounts were modified to accept the chevy engine and the front engine support was also modified as well. If you have any questions about the '54 GMC I could help you by sending pictures so you could see how it should look, but I do not have any of the extra parts you mentioned. Good luck with your project.
