Thanks for tips. It does have a manual choke, its a 1 barrel Rochester. It's new from Chevy duty, the old one did the same thing so I hope 2 carbs don't have the same problem. It dosen't appear to have a leak, at least from the outside. I'll start with the fuel pump, as soon as I get my starter problem resolved.
