That flathead looks like a Studebaker L-6. Used a Carter carb; dist. is in the center of the drivers side at a crazy angle, the oil pump is all the way on the other side of the engine, down low. The ignition coils are mounted upsde down like that, as well as using a generator for electrical. Ignition and generator are probably made by "Autolite"........
