If you aren't working the truck in hot temps or real hard all the time, boring a 235 to .080 over is a good way to go. I wouldn't do it to a hard working truck though. You'll end up with cooling problems. Lots of metal in 235's and I have seen them 120 over, but I sure wouldn't go that far. If you take good care of your engine you will have no problems. The crank can go to at least .020 over.
