I run the T-5 with 3.90 rear and 235 and like the gears as they are. I do live in Ct. and there are a few hills. Also towing a pop-up I would not want to go with a 3.55 rear. I run about 65 @ 2100 RPM, a good cruise IMO. Jack, I have had it up to 80 or so with this set-up, it's possible, and yes it is a little scarry.
