I can offer an enthusiastic personal thumbs up for Cam Tehniques. Owner David Generous has forgotten more about cam design than most of us will ever know. He has profiled several cams for me on his "Cam Doctor" and can grind just about anything you want. He is extremely patient and helpful, turns around work very quickly, and is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Cam Techniques without reservation.
