The only one I know of who sells a Suburban / Panel body mount kit is Chevy Duty ( now American Classics?) They come with the wood blocks. I suppose, if you really wanted, you could put in some steel tubing blocks. As for removal of the bolts, I found the easiest way was to ping the center of the head with a center punch, use three bits to progressively move up in size until a 3/8" bit broke the head off. No grinding, no rounding of the washer. I suppose you can put a different bolt in instead of the carriage bolt. Don't know if they make button head allen drives that big though.
