MSHA (miners OSHA) even made them put seat belts in the back of an old van delivery truck that just had wooden benches runnin down each side... LOL.. Think them underground miners (a most dangerous job) worried about seat belts in that old crummy doin about 20 mph goin to the shaft..??? LOL What it will say on my Tombstone: "Boy, that guy sure owed alotta people Money"
