Spanky thanks for the concern here, Gotta tell ya though, if I was planning on selling it I would have listed it here, and only here and just for the record I would have said so in my inquires as to the value, it was just that, I wanted to make sure I wasn't stepping into a big pile, a funny thing, I was contacted by someone from this site who wanted to buy it and was very interested in getting it and as willing to step up except when it came right down to it he told me it was worth according to the book , which ever book that might be, was only 4k, well if I am about to spend 12k on something I want to ,make sure I wasn't betting ripped off, I think thats called covering your base's.
