'40 Suburbans' either GMC or Chevy, in relatively complete, restorable condition, are very rare, period! Completeness of sheetmetal is key as it's difficult/expensive to replace. Value is very subjective, as you can only sell to someone who wants and appreciates that period Suburban and can afford to restore it. What is the owner looking for $$$?
