well, ya did have the body off!! all that held it in was the outside bolts on the cross sills - I just used an air wrench and any that didn't come off, just tighten till they snap - floor held for a couple minutes, but fell right out when pushed a bit
mine was suspended with stuff thru the door holes and windshield
looks like yer there anyway, and still have the ply for a pattern [for the holes anyway] - keep us up on the progress!
