Weeds, I just installed a frame mounted power brake system from RBs Obsolete on my 51 Burb.
The pluses are that it is out of the way and is keeping my firewall clean. It also maintains the stock look of the suburban without clutering up the engine compartment.
The minuses are that it is OUT of the way and checking the fluid level is a joy because the original master cylinder was single bowl with a hole cut in the floor and I upgraded to the dual.
If you take the frame route for your installation, make sure to install the proper residual pressure valves and a proportioning valve (Summit has a fairly good price on them).
If the body is off the frame, the chassis mount is a great deal easier as well.
Aside from the fluid check situation, I personally like the semi-stock look of keeping the booster and master cylinder hidden.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
