I have never done it but you might try a 2002 Suburban rear seat. Not the middle seat because it is wider. The rear seat sits between the fender wells. Also, it has seat belts integrated into the seat. So if you mount it safely and securely you will be in good shape. Plus it folds down and then folds up and has a little leg attached that comes down to prop it up. You could even get the factory mounts out of the donor Burb and then you could take advantage of the fully removable feature (no tools necessary to take it out) Just an idea!
