I've turned the engine over while pumping dang near enough to seat the valves - still no oil on right side. All of the galley plugs are in place, so that's not the problem The tool I used to turn the oil pump was just a rod that goes into the slot in the oil pump shaft and I think the oil is just venting before it gets to the galley on the right. I'm probably just being paranoid, but that's me. For my piece of mind I think I'll get one of the tools that mimics the distributer and see if that gets oil to the right side.
