The front baskspace is right on, the rear seems a little deep, and will most likely rub the bedsides, unlees it's been tubbed. The tire sizes themselves will physicly fit, though if you're still running the stock style running gear, they will be underrated for the load. You will have to run higher tire pressures to compensate for the extra loading.
