There were two styles of bags and two manufacturers of tool, Vlchek and McKaig-Hatch. Some people say that the factory would mix-and-match the tools.
Every so often a NOS set shows up on eBay. No one who has bought a NOS set has reported here whether the tools were all from one manufacturer.
Here are some photos of tools. Classic Parts of America (Chevy Duty) used to sell one style of bag and in it was a set of full-scale drawings of the tools. Jim Carter used to sell the other style of bag (with no drawings).
