You should be able to use just about any 16 or 16.5 dually wheel up to the '91 model year. Bolt pattern is the same, even on ford and dodge. As far as the speedo goes, if you can match the outside diameter of the tire, keeping the same rolling circumference, it shouldn't mess that up too much.
