Brent. I have the tire problem but hopefully I can help you with your door. Is your window assembly out of the door? It lifts up and out diagonally once you have undone the bolt on the bottom of the front glass guide (vertical). The regulator bolts should be out. Now its been a while but don't the rollers on the regulator slide out the end of the channel? I recently did my 49 and did my 53 about 10 years ago so that part is a bit vague. Do you have a shop manual, they help.
