The rear axle on my '49 chevy 1/2-ton mounts to the leaf springs on "pivot" connections between the axle and spring. The pivot connection includes a large rubber washer on each side of the pivot pin (approx. 2-inch O.D). I can't find replacement washers in any of the on-line parts catalogs. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is something like this normally homemade from a stock rubber pad? Thanks!
