I remember seeing those on Perry Mason. Never seen one used here in Texas though. Even though you are supposed to have your registration receipt in your car along with your insurance card. Being a cop, if I was to ask everyone I stopped for it, I would be writing citations all through my watch. :blat: It's not worth the trouble to even ask for them. No one carries it. Except me of course!!!
