Frank, WELCOME TO THE BOLT. What a great find, looks like they ordered a cab and chassis. Most of the dump bodies were added from a seperate source. That old 194 cid is a work horse of a motor 4:1 compression and will run on nearly anything you can put in the tank once the engine is warmed up. Clean the carb, check the points and cond. add a good battery and a fresh source of fuel,(connect the fuel pump to a fresh can of gas don't try to start it with the old fuel) turn it over by hand if possible a couple of times to make sure nothing is stuck (piston rings, or lifters) drain and change the oil and it never hurts to dump a little on the top of the rocker arms also. And let her rip, I wouldn't be a bit suprised if she starts right up, may take a couple of trys. Don't get discourged you can get it to run it ain't rocket surgery.
