Looks like it has the longer park light lens which eliminates 41
The '41 actually did have the longer lens, it was the '42 & '46 with the shorter lenses in the park light assembly. Also, the '41 had the rubber gas tank gromment - the leather came in '42. I can't see all of that in the photo btw, but agree with Longbox.
