I need some help with the resto pack from Chevy. I called, but man those call centers in India are worthless if you ask me. When I asked for a restoration package for my truck, the girl on the other end wnet silent and then asked again "what was I looking for?" I knew it was not going to be easy from that point. Now on my title, the VIN is only one letter and 8 numbers (9 charachters). Is this correct or should I look for the VIN plate?
