IHC Scout II's used 2" wide leaf springs, and they make new replacements as well as lifted new leafs for the Scout II's. I do not know what the length of these springs are eye-to-eye, but it is worth a look at least. binderbulletin and justinternationals.org are two places to look for these parts cheap. also most wrecking yards have old IHC parts for cheap.
