Hello ttodd, Grant here. I run a waterjet, which is an extreme high pressure cutting system, using water at 55,000 P.S.I. blended with Garnet abrasive, and we cut glass frequently. If you have someone near you who has a "jet", you may want to give them a call. There are a few details they need to know, but if they are a good shop they will handle it with ease.
