#23366 04/29/2002 11:58 PM | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 234 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2000 Posts: 234 | The head is not worthless - later in the 70's they replaced the 250 head with an "integral manifold" head. It had terrible performance, so lots of 250 guys are looking for early heads. Those heads also crack occasionally on the #11 stud. Might be of value to someone!
I'm running a '72 250, I think they switched heads in 74 or so.
