I am having a similar problem with the drivers side window regulator. I couldnt get it to line up with the holes in the door so I pulled it back out and measured. The regulator is a full 1/2 inch shorter than the old one! I called Classic parts and Angel informed me that I was the second person with this problem. She was really nice and is sending UPS out to pick it up today. I told her that I want the replacement measured before it is shipped out. Its bad enough to have to pull out the window assembly in first place but then to have this frustration as well. I wouldn't buy any window regulators from them for awhile til they get this one fixed. I will let you know how it turns out. If they dont have the right one I will go to LMC truck. Five bucks cheaper!
