Thanks for the good words, guys!! I'm just jazzed to have it rolling down the road!
The speedometer is coming, along with the fuel gauge. Two things I don't want to be without on a daily! I have aftermarket oil pressure and water temp gauges under the dash until I get the factory stuff hooked up correctly. There's something to be said about an old truck (or car) with everything in the dash working as designed.
Big Chevy, it's funny, I was looking for an AD GMC truck when I stumbled upon this Chevy. Love those AD trucks, but when I found this truck, I had to have it!
I'll post some more pictures after I knock some of the body into better shape and get a coat of primer on it. Eventually it will get paint, but it's going to be my workin' truck, so it'll never be a flawless show pony, but as long as it's dead reliable, it's the perfect Chevy truck!
