They were available on wagons, suburban and suburban carriers. You can still buy them on ebay and other sources. The difficulty will be in hiding the retractors from view on a pick up truck. The wagons and suburban have areas where they can be concealed. I am sure there are other ways of doing it and it's a great idea too!
