Hello CooleThanEthan, Grant here. IF your rear axle is from a GM passenger car, which it probably is by the looks of it, it will most likely have a 5-4 3/4 pattern. The other option for GM passenger car is 5-5. The latter is also a primary pattern for 1/2 ton trucks, 2wd for many years too. Hope it helps. Grant.
