To a guy like me who just thrusts for reference material, for a complete package like that I would have put the kid up for collateral till the loan went through. Why don't you contact "Chevy Acres" they may be interested in the service news that you have left for reproduction purposes. I think they are offering the community a great service, reproducing this so we can all have a copy in out possession.
Oh, question, $16 a year with the vendors markup.
