I give them credit for fixing mistakes fairly, which is more than I can say about other suppliers. Their prices seem to be on par with the other houses, too.
It sure is aggravating (and I'm not blaming the parts houses for this) when ALL of the suppliers run out of a particular item at the same time. You'll call one to get some part, and it'll be on back-order. You call two or three more places, and get the same response. Sometime I'd like to rattle the cage of the distributors!
