I have the same information brochure on
AD trucks & accessories, courtesy of Chevrolet
Engineering Data Group...and We are talking about 1952...The instrument panels also had stainless
steel moldings on the radio grill & glovebox dr.
My 52 has the s/s moldings, plus the accessory
book also illustrates it...Not to say that later
on in production that shortages caused the s/s to
not be used...I removed some dents from the moldings, so thats how I am positive its stainless. Bill B.
