For many reasons stated above, the photograph is not for 1951.
It is not for 1953 because some exterior colors changed in 1953 (two examples: Juniper Green and Ocean Green new in 1953, replacing the earlier Forester Green and Seacrest Green, both shown in the photograph).
The accessory turn signals in picture were not RPOs (and thus were dealer or owner installed). I think the first year for RPO (factory installed option) directional signals was 1954.
