| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 187 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 187 | The top tank was cracked about two inchs,if I had used regular solder I would have had to use a patch.And you don't have to use flux with silver solder,just make sure its sanded good.
The flux covered rods are usually brass.
