As cletis said, jack the truck up so the weight it off the wheels and rest the frame on jackstands.
The rest of it should be pretty basic, it all just unbolts.
I agree with Achipmunk on the springs/struts...but I wouldn't worry about a leaf spring pack flying through a wall.
