51 guages will work fine. Oil guage no problem, 350 will keep it pegged out. Can't remember if a 51 is a 15# but if so get a 53 30#. Amps are amps 6 or 12v so no problem there. Put a Runtz resistor on the "IGN" side of the gas guage, this is a must cause 12v will fry it. The long capillary tube temp guages are a little pricey but you can grind a flat spot on the left rear water runner on your intake, drill, tap, and screw in a temp bulb fitting.
