I can't tell you prices, Rusthater. But I can tell you that "new" usually (but not always) means thinner metal.
Your decision can be heavily dependent on the quality of your old items. If they are in good shape, straight, unpitted, you would probably have a better part than a new one. Those reproductions are doing their best to imitate the old parts, but usually aren't as good.
