Something I don't understand? On the website it says you can paint over it, but if you read his paragraph about painting over it, it says in effect that you remove it with whatever surface cleaner your paint manufacturer reccomends. How's that painting over it if you have to remove it first? It also says it will penetrate gaps as small as one micron. So will most all liquids, especially those thinner than water.
