Peen the race bore to snug the bearing if possible, and install it with some green LocTite. The green stuff is called "Sleeve & Bearing Mount, and it's somewhat thicker than regular LocTite. Be sure the hub and the race are thoroughly degreased with brake cleaner or lacquer thinner, etc. before assembling the hub. Assemble the hub before things cure, and the LocTite will find its way into the loose spots. If you need to disassemble it later, warm it up with a Propane torch and the bond will release.
