Cleanliness is key, also must be dry. You have the right idea, VEE the crack using a grinder. If its cold up there warm it up somehow, a droplight nearby if nothing else. I'm pretty sure there is Devcon epoxy made that will also work. Press a piece of sandpaper to the epoxy after it has set but not hard, & it will be harder to see. Brian
