no, the big or small window was available as an individual option, called the 'Panoramic Full View rear window', but was always part of the 'Deluxe Cab Option' ... the black knobs were the 'standard', chrome was part of the Deluxe Cab option, and I've seen many trucks with the small window combined with
some of the "deluxe" trim packages, and big window cabs with none of the deluxe trim
what messes things up is
all the options were available individually [including seat covers and plusher seats], and it's entirely possible that they labeled a cab that got
every "deluxe" option a "custom cab option"
but I've never seen anything in writing to that effect
