I got my plate back from the DMV in Tallahassee today and it was approved - warts and all. The folks up there couldn't have been nicer and more cooperative in locating the wayward plate. The girl who went looking for it said that those dang revenue'ers more than likely had it and that's where she found it. It was approved and back in two days with the sticker put on at an angle
