A couple of days ago a post was put up about a 49 Chev that was severely modified on the Left Coast. I've been thinking about our collective reactions to that truck, and the general opinion seemed to be on of "that truck is totally ruined"
Now my question: Which of the below does the best job of "ruining" an old truck?
1 The guy that totally modifies it to his dream...(ie the '49)
2. The guy that puts in a Big Block, new after market frame, tubs, chop, section, one piece windshield, etc etc....
3. The widow that won't sell her late husband's truck, but would rather see it rust into the ground...
4. The old guy that is "...going to restore it someday" (But never will) or...
5. The enthusiast that starts out great, but gets bogged down in a money-pit basket case that turns out being sold for parts.
I'm not talking about personalities here, I'm talking about the ways to ruin "an old truck"
