I'd like to think OldSub's approach to all of this is how most of us feel, that is, the whole point is that, for better or for worse, what we've got is a direct result of our effort, not somebody else's. The AM chassis' are fine for the shop that's making a top of the line turnkey custom, but I don't see much difference between commissioning a car and going to the local chevy dealer and driving something off the lot. Personally, I need to do more with my truck than put gas in it.
